After a couple of days rest since our last outing with son-in-law Peter, Winnie was ready for another day of excitement. It was going to be just the two of us going fishing in the mighty Pacific this morning. After a quick look in one spot and no bites, we tried another spot that gave us our first action of the day.
Total catch - 2 Chinook @ 14 & 15lbs & 1 Halibut @ 13lbs.

It was a beautiful morning for me to take my father-in-law out for a fish and we took advantage of fishing near the rocks for some early season Chinook. Heinz's 1st fish put up a great fight and weighed 18lbs. His 2nd fish fought just as hard and weighed a pound less at 17lbs. It was a great morning fish before lunch with our wives and a day to remember. Total catch - 2 Chinook @ 17 & 18lbs
